RemaxWorld Expo 2026 Zhuhai: UniPlus Showcases 1-Inch and 145ml High-Capacity TIJ Cartridges

New 1-Inch and High-Capacity Industrial TIJ Cartridges on Display

Two new products will be featured at the UniPlus booth:

• 1-inch (25.4 mm) 60ml industrial ink cartridge: a larger single-pass print height for variable data, barcodes, and graphic content that exceed the half-inch format.
• 0.5-inch (12.7 mm) 145ml high-capacity industrial ink cartridge: the same 12.7 mm print format with a larger ink volume, suited to production lines with longer continuous runs.

The two products extend the UniPlus TIJ cartridge portfolio in different directions: one adds print height, the other adds ink capacity. Equipment manufacturers and end users can then match the cartridge format to their layout and production volume.

From 0.5 Inch to 1 Inch: More Print Height Options

The standard 0.5-inch TIJ cartridge provides a 12.7 mm print height, which covers most date codes, lot numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, and other variable information on packaging and parts.

When a layout needs a taller print area in a single pass, the 1-inch industrial cartridge provides a 25.4 mm print height. Equipment manufacturers and system integrators gain another format to evaluate against their actual layout requirements, instead of relying only on multiple half-inch cartridges stitched together.

From 42ml to 145ml: More Ink Capacity for Half-Inch TIJ

Ink capacity is the second factor production lines weigh when selecting an industrial TIJ solution. The UniPlus standard half-inch cartridge holds 42ml. The upgraded 145ml version will be on display at RemaxWorld Expo 2026. For high-volume applications or lines with long continuous operating periods, the larger capacity can reduce how often cartridges need to be replaced. Users can choose an ink-supply format based on their production volume and equipment configuration.

Solvent-based and water-based ink options are available.
